My Trip Benefits (Individual Fundraising Program Donation Guidelines)

Donation Guidelines:

To qualify for fundraising program, participants must register for the fundraising program PRIOR to booking travel. Donations will not be made retroactively.
All donations will be sent out on a monthly basis upon completion of travel.
Travel qualifying for fundraising program must be booked online and must be booked through the “Cruises” menu or “Vacation” menu (and must include air, cruise and/or land.)
Donations will be made according to the following schedule:

Length of Trip Donation per Reservation

4-6 nights $50

7-9 nights $100

10+ nights $150

Donations will be made in the name that the reservation is booked under.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to traveler confirming donation has been paid.
Donation has no cash value until after travel is complete and will not be sent directly to the traveler.
Donation can not be sent to PO Box and can not be payable to an individual.
Donation can not be used as a rebate or towards any portion of travel costs and expenses.
Donations will be made upon all aspects of travel and financial transactions being completed
Donations will only be made to organizations meeting the criteria of the IRS’s guidelines. To verify if an organization meets these guidelines, please visit:

The Group Department, LLC and all affiliates (referred to as “TGD” from here forward) reserve the right to withdraw donation program at anytime and for any reason.
By booking travel through TGD you agree that TGD reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes, discrepancies or other issues at TGD's discretion and you agree to accept TGD's decision.
TGD reserves the right to withhold any donations requested to be made to any organization whose legitimacy is in question or is unable to be verified. TGD is not responsible for producing evidence of an organization’s legitimacy.
Program may not be combinable with other promotions, discounts or credits.
